Hours of operation: The "in-store" hours vary by season. The toll free phone lines are open from 10:00 AM till 8:00 PM Central time. During the summer months, our store is open Tuesday thru Friday noon to 7:00, and Saturday 10-5. Unfortunately, business during the winter months in Chicago is on the slow side, so we limit our store hours a bit more, and usually close the store an hour or two earlier. (That's good for you, as it will give us more time to build your clubs.)
Warranty: Two years, repair or replacement.
Guarantee: For starters, when you get your clubs, if you're not 100% satisfied with the obvious quality and appearance, feel free to send them back for a full refund, less shipping costs. Unfortunately, it's hard to offer a 30 day "try out" guarantee without having some people take unreasonable advantage. If you get your clubs, and honestly feel the performance should be better, we will work with you (maybe a new shaft, or possibly an exchange). We'll be fair and reasonable if you are.
Shipping charges: We don't mark up shipping charges. Whatever UPS or the P.O. charges is what we charge. In the continental U.S. one club is usually $8 to $12, and a set is usually about $14 to $18.
