ACER XK TITANIUM DRAW
Brand new March 2009.
This 460cc Offset Titanium driver incorporates several hi tech features:
1. It has a 7 mm offset, more offset than most offset drivers; and a 1 degree closed face; designed to help the slicer.
2. It has been designed for maximum forgiveness on off center hits, by manufacturing the club with a variable face thickness, and a "cup face" design. The cup face design moves the welds away from the corners of the head to provide a thinner more active face..... to maximize ball speed on the off center hits. The variable face thickness further reduces the wall thickness around the perimeter of the impact area, so the entire face becomes a gigantic sweet spot. The result - off center hits will launch the ball comparable to shots struck perfectly on the face.
3. The head shape was selected to appeal to a wide range of golfers, and also to improve stability, by expanding the from to back dimension.
4. The center of gravity is lower, to improve the launch angle for most golfers.
Available both right and left handed. Lofts of 10.5 and 12 degree.
